Two Thoughts

 

New Year, New Resolution?

The new year is upon us, well it's tomorrow, so yes it's pretty close.

I don't want to use the word 'resolution' because in my mind I will fail. 

I think 'anticipation' fits, I want to anticipate something, predict, expect, 

maybe even prophesize. 

To take more roads that are untraveled, to us...

To watch more sunrises and sunsets by the water...

To enjoy the beautiful views of nature...

To spend more time with family and close friends,

I find I don't have enough hours to enjoy everyone's company. 

These last two years have taken a toll on my mental health.

There comes a point in life when you need to take care of yourself, 

so do it.

The First Christmas Tree

Usually I post the first Christmas tree I find

but this year I'm a bit behind.

I was present when the tree was set up 

but didn't get back there to see it all dressed up.

I finally got there this week. 

It's at City Hall and it's beautiful as always

The Dundurn Castle Cockpit, as it is referred to, 

is the perfect setting for a wedding or small function.

The  Dickenson Rail Trail.

I couldn't find any information on the trail but I did find 

FIND A TRAIL

I saved it because it has some interesting information.

I love these trails, they go on forever and ever.
