This video was created to help people begin to meditate but it will help 
beginners and anyone who wants to find more time to meditate each day.

When you begin to meditate, do not feel you must meditate for long periods of time
even short 2 minute meditations will help you massively.

Close your eyes, breath deeply through your nose.
Focus your mind on your breathing.

The bell is a simple way to remind you to focus on your breathing

If you prefer to keep your eyes open and follow the lines, then do so,
there is no right or wrong way to doing this, just do it.
